Mosaics are beautiful, but the packaging is not okay.

Why are the black mosaic tiles glued to a mesh and the white ones to paper? On mesh, they are very difficult to remove and leave glue residues (which makes placement harder), whereas on paper, they can be easily soaked off without any glue residues. I hope you take my feedback into account, as it would save me a lot of time and frustration. Best regards, Vera

Het is jammer om te horen dat u zo teleurgesteld bent, maar bij het product staat vermeld dat ze zowel op papier als op gaas geleverd kunnen worden. Als u enkel steentjes op papier wenst te hebben dan raden we u aan om ons vooraf te vragen of ze op papier zitten.
We kunnen u natuurlijk ook de Murano collectie aanraden, deze worden per 100g verkocht en dan hoeft ze helemaal nergens van af te halen en ze zijn meteen gebruiksklaar.
