How to place an order?


Placing an order

Start your mosaic project by adding your favourite items to the MosaicShop shopping basket. Once you have selected all the supplies you need, complete your order by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top right.


Place your order at MosaicShop with or without an account. Creating an account offers extra convenience, including the ability to view previous orders and automatically fill in your details for future purchases.


When creating a MosaicShop account, you set your own password. Keep this safe, as we do not have access to your password. Should you forget your password, you can easily create a new one by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link and following the steps

Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed with MosaicShop, we will immediately send an order confirmation to your email. Should you not find our e-mail in your inbox, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.


MosaicShop proactively keeps you informed about the progress of your order. Via e-mail updates, you will be informed about each stage, from preparation to the moment your mosaic supplies are dispatched.

Check your data for being correct when finalising!

If there is a problem with the delivery of your MosaicShop package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned, we offer two solutions:

  1. We will reship the package, the new shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
  2. We will refund the amount paid, less shipping costs paid, to the buyer's account.
